Prohibited Medications for Arbaeen Pilgrims

The Arbaeen March is the largest gathering of Shiites, held annually to commemorate the Arbaeen anniversary of Imam Hussein (peace be upon him) on the roads leading to Karbala. Millions of Shiites, devoted to the Ahl al-Bayt, come worldwide to pay their respects at the Ahl al-Bayt, Peace be upon them, and walk the route from Najaf to Karbala.
