Note: Passengers with specific diseases, children, the elderly, physically disabled people, and pregnant women are not permitted to select seats in the Emergency Exit row. If you choose a seat in the Exit row, your seat will be changed when you receive your boarding pass.

• Exit Row Restrictions: Passengers who are pregnant, children, individuals with disabilities, elderly passengers, those with special medical conditions, and infants are not permitted to select seats in the exit row.
• Child Seat Selection: When selecting a child seat, it must be adjacent to an adult’s seat.
• Two Infants in One Family: In the case of two infants (under 2 years old) in one family, Select one infant to sit with the father in one row, and the other infant to sit with the mother in a separate row.
• Seat Selection Time: Online seat selection is available up to 3 hours before the flight’s check-in time. Seat selection is not available during the check-in period.

Exit-Row Seat Selection Policy

Seat selection in the emergency exit row has its own rules. If you meet the following conditions and book your flight seat in the emergency exit row, the airline staff and flight crew have the right to assign you another seat.

Seat Selection Cancellation and Refund Processes

1. You can easily cancel your reservation and choose another seat if you intend to change your seat.
2. If you intend to refund your ticket, the cost of the seat, plus the cost of the plane ticket (after deducting the fine), will be returned to you.
3. In case your seat is changed due to operational reasons, such as aircraft changes or other safety or security reasons, you will be automatically assigned an equivalent seat. However, if it is impossible to allocate a seat, you are entitled to a refund.
