According to flysepehran’s Public Relations Office, this award was presented to the CEO of flysepehran during the official ceremony for the National Consumer Rights Certificate, attended by officials from the Ministry of Industry, Mine, and Trade (MIMT), representatives from the Consumer Protection Organization, and key figures from the aviation industry.

Hossein Farahidzadeh, Deputy Minister of Industry and Head of the Consumer and Producer Protection Organization, highlighted Sepehran’s outstanding performance over the past year and stated:

“Based on comprehensive evaluations and by relevant regulations, flysepehran has fully upheld consumer rights and, with the approval of the policy-making council, earned this national certificate.”

This achievement comes as Sepehran has recorded the lowest flight delay rates among all domestic airlines over the past two years, significantly contributing to improved air travel services in Iran.
